Habit Journal with Daily, Weekly & Monthly Summaries

Inspired by James Clear's Atomic Habits, this Habit Journal was created for easy habit tracking. All you need to do is input your habits in the database and toggle between different views and properties to display what you like.

Remember the Two-Minute Rule: "When you start a new habit, it should take less than two minutes to do.” Break your habits down into smaller tasks so you get the satisfaction of ticking them off after you complete each one every day.

The four laws to creating a good habit are: (1) make it obvious, (2) make it attractive, (3) make it easy, and (4) make it satisfying. This habit journal directly relates to the points #3 and #4. This habit journal has helped me be on track to building good habits and I hope it helps you too!
